This is an important topic. Positivity, enthusiasm and attitude are all “self induced”. Yes, there are external factors which slap us all in the face. How fast we regain our balance and positivity will largely determine the perceived pain/suffering. Easier said than done in many cases and why it’s important to remember behavior leads feelings, not the other way around.
