3. United Health gained 2.4 percent yesterday and Goldman rose 1.72 percent.
4. The ten year treasury yield gained nearly 10 basis points to close near 1.44 percent.
5. Travel stocks rose on lesser worries re Omicron.
6. The NY Times reports 118,000 new cases of COVID-19 a day over the last 7 days and nearly 1,300 deaths a day.
