- Futures point slightly down this am after a terrific week last week. The Nasdaq jumped 6.7% last week.
- But note “Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta, Microsoft, Nvidia and Tesla are collectively off to their worst start since the 2022 slide, worrying investors”. The Wall Street Journal.
- “Los Angeles had its credit rating downgraded one level to AA- by S&P Global Ratings, which cited the city’s deteriorating finances and budget woes for the move.” Bloomberg. This is a scary sign of the times for cities and states and the federal government.
